Greetings. Some of you may recall been a while back I mentioned I found a post on Facebook with a picture of a girl in the hospital bed with tubes in her throat. She consumed sodium nitrite and I guess they found her a little too late for her to be saved. Her organ ended up being donated.
Well they seemed to have published an article about it. Here it is.

I also wanted to mention I'm not a doctor so don't take anything that I say is fact do your own research. I've read that sodium nitrite/nitrate converts to nitric oxide inside of our body. Nitric Oxide acts as a neuroprotectant supposedly. Maybe it acts as a neuroprotectant for a certain amount of time against certain parts of your brain maybe and if they find you too late after drinking Sodium Nitrite you will suffer brain damage like she did. Maybe I read the article wrong but it mentioned they had the resuscitate her right? I don't know but maybe if they find you too late you will suffer brain death but.. brain death=Death
