Not a chance hun, it's a controlled drug in almost every country. That means you need a prescription or buy it illegally. You need money first though, think you said you haven't any?

Know you're desperate, I get that, I tried to OD on F myself but my tolerance was too high. The pure pharmacy grade stuff is very expensive. I really wouldn't advise this method from what I've read of your circumstances. You would have to sell rather a lot of nude pics. You must be quite attractive to consider that, I think if I offered nude pics they would pay me NOT to ever publish them. Sorry not trying to make light of things.
There are much cheaper options, without having to resort to such measures in order to obtain what you need. I'm looking into SN myself.

Do you know how many of the slow release patches, 100 mcg, would be needed to apply to body of a person less than 150 pounds, to CTB? It sounds like you lost consciousness very fast with no feeling, is that accurate? Will it work with the patches applied to the chest / torso? I can get some benzos to add to it if needed. I just don't' know anything about quantities, how long it would take, and whether it is peaceful or painful. Thanks, any info would be helpful.

Are they the gel ones? I think you can squeeze that stuff out and take it orally to bypass extended release.

You can chew the other ones as well, the matrix ones, that's what I did. It does work and gives you a blast of the drug all at once but unfortunately my tolerance was too high from already doing that too often! It would probably easily kill someone with no tolerance.

The PPeH advises 5 of the 100mcg patches is a lethal dose, for some people it would be far less. I took 10 of the 100mcg patches orally but like I said already had a massive tolerance so it didn't work.
It would be very peaceful and you'd likely just pass out and never waken up from respiratory depression and failure. I had one of the most pleasant days of my life, high as a kite. Then the shit hit the fan when I had to deal with the aftermath and consequences.

Meant to add if you just stick them on as intended it takes up to 12 hours for the full dose to get absorbed into your system. Orally or chewing them can be felt within about ten minutes.

You're not going to get patches on the street I don't think. Only from a doctor. My friend killed herself with fentanyl patches in her chest but she also had seconal and a bunch of other hard core opiates since she had the same pain condition I have. And yes it's peaceful. My friend who overdosed thought he was getting heroin but it wound up to be fentanyl. He died almost instantly.

I don't know if they are gel patches or otherwise, I don't want to open the pouch it is packaged in for fear of it losing potency, but they are "Mylan Fentanyl Transdermal System 100 mcg" - I just noticed there is an expiration date of 4/2010 on the pouches. How do you "chew" them? Do you cut them open and try to chew as many pieces as you can at once? I think I could pass out too early with a small amount, but not have a fatal dose. Is that the only way to make them work fast? Like I said I can use some benzos and propranolol along with them, and apply the patches hoping they would work while I was asleep, and never wake. It would be a big problem to survive. But from what I read from you all, its not likely I can survive 7-8 patches, along with benzos. Any details would be helpful. Yes since you don't have a tolerance that will almost certainly kill you. My doctor had no idea how I managed to survive and he was aware of my tolerance.
They are almost 10 years out of date though so will have lost some potency.

The hundred mcg patches are quite large so what I used to do was cut them up otherwise they won't fit in your mouth properly. Basically what it tells you NOT to do on the packaging.
