Idk maybe I've had a little too much alcohol on an empty stomach but I feel I'm in a mixed episode (bipolar). I feel passively suicidal and homicidal and it's like I want to party and also die.

I'm looking around googling and think 'wouldn't SN be fun?'

Maybe I'm just crazy. Thoughts swirling.

I don't know what to do.

Don't worry I won't hurt myself or others.
