Storing SN

I have my SN and plan on using it soon. It's currently vacuum sealed. I have 100g. I plan on only using 50g when I attempt to catch the bus (enough for two glasses).

Can I store whats left over in a sealed jar? There will be some air inside when I close it, will this be an issue? I want to save the rest incase I fail and want to attempt again.
