I want to ctb but I am so scared of dying. I don't know what there is after dying. I want to ease myself but I'm really scared whenever I think of it. Any tips?
There was non existence for the billions of years before and there will be none after that's my thinkingI think after death is non-existence forever.
Could you elaborate on that? I haven't heard about that before.Also, many people, myself included, believe we can experience what seems like years in the final moments of life. Like an endless dream.

Don't be afraid of death
From an atheist's point of view I am asked again and again why I have such a relaxed relationship with death, why I will intentionally take SN without medication in order to remain conscious as long as possible and experience my dying with a clear mind.
