It's like my brain won't stop clawing at itself. Every thought feels jagged, scraping down the inside of my skull until I can't tell what's real and what's just another hallucination dressed up as truth. I feel insane... like I'm stuck in this body, in this mind, screaming behind glass that nobody else can hear through. And the worst part is how calm I can look on the outside while inside it's chaos...static, whispers, shadows crawling.
I don't even know who I am half the time. My emotions flip like a switch...one second I'm numb, the next I'm drowning in rage or grief that makes no sense. I feel like a patchwork of versions of myself that never quite stitch together.
