If you were living a healthy lifestyle pre-CTB decision. Do you still eat healthy, exercise and take vitamins post-CTB decision? If so, why? What would be the point?

Not anymore. No point. If you were living a healthy lifestyle pre-CTB decision. Do you still eat healthy, exercise and take vitamins post-CTB decision? If so, why? What would be the point?
Feel you, always have had my struggle with food (in either direction) and it's fueled by feeling totally useless and like a piece of shit and also because food gives me at least something to look forward too.Nah, ive put on a few kgs because ive pretty much just been eating junk food for the past few months since ive lost all hope. I think im gonna have to cut back a bit and do at least a bit of exercise though, i dont want to end up getting fat due to the fact im not ctbing until my dog dies (could still be 2-3 years away) and I don't want the rope to break on me (im planning on doing full suspension), now whether I follow up and actually do either of those things is another story, im the king of procrastination and feel like absolute garbage 24/7![]()
I did until I realized that for me, no point already. I even gone back to my vices such as smoking which I quit a decade ago even though I grew a distaste of it already just so I could CTB quicker. If you were living a healthy lifestyle pre-CTB decision. Thank you!Feel you, always have had my struggle with food (in either direction) and it's fueled by feeling totally useless and like a piece of shit and also because food gives me at least something to look forward too.
Hopefully you get to reach your goal![]()
I try to stay semi healthy as I still have no choice but to participate in day to day activities. But nowhere close to what I used to do.I used to have a healthy lifestyle but since I started to feel suicidal I'm like WHY? If I'm going to ctb why I'm eating healthy and taking care of my body if I want to end it all.
Being alert and having proper strength to CTB would be helpful, no?Being ripped might help me with the following methods:
SN, increased metabolism.
Jumping, increased agility and movement.
Suicide by cop, increased threat.
Exsanguination, increased force.
Train, increased movement.
Dropping bar on head/throat, increased weight.
VSED, increased water consumption.
Gun, increased coolness (ripped while holding firearm).
For you....maybe it is not meant to be. Maybe somewhere deep inside you there is hope. Just maybe?I've never been huge on ultra healthy living, though I did make some effort before "enlightenment" kicked in. Since then, I've stopped caring at all. I eat what I want and no longer take any medication aside from those related to pain control. Which means no more blood pressure, cholesterol, vitamin deficiency, or antidepressant medications. There's no sense in taking them when I have no desire to prolong life.
Since I'm apparently too cowardly to take my own life, having balked twice now, maybe nature will do it for me. Fail at life, and fail at death. You can't get worse than that.
I would at least brush your teeth. Having rotten teeth will just compound your issues. Pain will eventually make you seek a dentist. No, I have been eating pizza on a regular basis for the past 2 months or so. I have been out of work, all though i had plenty of opportunities to get a another one but I just don't see the point.
I barely/never leave my house. Haven't bathed or brushed my teeth in like 7-8 weeks. God I dont even know anymore. It's safe to say I have given up and see not point in returning.
Just trying to muster up some courage to take the SN that i had for like almost 2 months.
Loneliness can be a real bitch…
Im just trying to do whatever I can to cancel my si. I'm almost there. Hopefully before end of this month or in couple of days I can take my sn. Thanks for trying though.I would at least brush your teeth. Having rotten teeth will just compound your issues. Pain will eventually make you seek a dentist.
