I've seen a guide for SN but it was for Brazil, I've worked out grams with a look up table someone posted earlier. What else do I need to take, I've read anti vomit sort of thing but for UK I'm not sure what brand. Please let me know if I've missed anything. I need this to work.

An easier-to-get brand of antiemetic in the UK would be Buccastem (Prochlorperazine) which you can get from the pharmacy without prescription.
