Help starvation headaches?????

how in the actual FUCK do i get rid of headaches from starving because HOLYY FUCKING SHIT NOTHING HELPS i feel like my head's about to explode

Try putting your feet in hot water and have a cup of water with salt/soy sauce.

caffeine + nsaid (or any otc "migraine relief" medication). only thing that helps my chronic migraines, many of which are from starving.

Can't do much except take some paracetamol/ibuprofen, maybe drink some water..

who would have a thought a suicide site would have had "actual" (non suicidal) helpful information lol
