Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I just recently started anti depressants, I told a friend about it recently and they've started to game with me for the past two nights. I know this medication can make you more upset for the first week... I know I'm just jumping to conclusions but I always feel like they hang out with me cuz they feel bad for me... Though, if that's the case, maybe it isn't so bad, they're hanging out with me after all...

ugh, never tell anyone about your depression. Never show weakness. All the advice is wrong. Anyone who's been through it knows.

They'll pity you, patronise you, then dump you cos you're not "cured".

They're all propaganized by the MH industry and society, which victim blames on all the shit the system causes.

i worry about whether people just feel sorry for me too. i think at least one person i know does just feel bad for me. but who knows. i try to think the same kind of thing, even if it is just them feeling sorry for me, if they feel bad for me they must care at least some and that's good

I don't know your friends, but to me it sounds like they're trying to support you. I know it can feel conflicting, especially if they don't understand, but they sound like good friends to me. Also, good luck with your meds! They've helped me out a lot.

Sometimes people just need a reminder that they aren't the only ones with feelings. This was likely the reminder that you need support in your life too. It's less of pity and more just care and love.

You could do what they all want, which is run with their pity for a week or so, then tell them your meds have cured you. Enthuse about how you love them all for being so supportive, then pretend everything's great ongoing.

They might remain your friends then.

Do your venting on here, then ctb cos its all so false in a few years. When they can all say.... oh if only we knew etc

I'm not actually joking - this is what people want, and it will be easier on you than the reality.
