Speaking of the World Cup, a footballer did a CTB (apparently).

While some celebrate and earn millions—with the fame of every man on the field overflowing like champagne foam, living a dream life straight out of a movie—there is one man who, despite not being famous, held a position millions would envy, yet simply could not go on; for him, life was no longer fun...

Is it really necessary to keep stigmatizing all of this?

The fact that we have to write "CTB" instead of the word itself—that we want to leave this world painlessly and on our own terms and according to our own wishes—is that normal?

His teammates were celebrating advancing to the next round, while he stood there apart—perhaps a little happy, yet indifferent—and surely many of us have felt the same way. Sometimes good news arrives, and even though others are happy—beaming with radiant, overflowing joy—we simply don't know what to think; we aren't sure if that happiness is worth embracing, because we immediately feel empty. Our minds tell us "empty," and that's just how it is: the world moves on, as if nothing had happened...

Living is a universal right; dying should be one too.

That was the message from a police officer in my country; the gist of his video message was that he had already planned his "CTB" method.

The video is graphic, so it stands as just another account of the methods discussed here. However—and circling back to the original post—why do it that way? It would have been better to say goodbye—just as he did—and then use a painless method; it's actually strange he didn't use a firearm—I suppose he didn't trust the caliber—but the whole thing is surreal. Ultimately, I find it all tragic: wanting to die, wanting to leave this world, and—if you're lucky—having the method actually work; otherwise, it's even worse.

He is resting in peace now...
