Hi all. I will spare the introduction, since writing long essays about the whys and hows isnt my strength.
After a life or romantic rejection, lifetime physical disability, mental illness and acquired brain damage due to psychiatric medication, I think I'm near my limit.
I have already attempted suicide thrice, yet I couldn't go on with it. All my attempts were partial or full suspension, since that's my method of choice due to the set up being relatively easy for people not very eager or competent to study other methods.
During my third attempt, I was able to nearly pass out since I did find the sweetspot, however my crap memory ( due to my shrink's decision to destroy it) doesn't allow me to remember what exactly I did right.
I have some questions to pose, and these are : would it work if I tie the rope on a pushup tool I have fixated on my wall? What kind of knot should I learn to tie? How should I figure if Im light enough to suspend rather than get a botched attempt or decapitate myself? Are there any ways to ensure or increase success?

Thank you
