Whenever someone asks about suicide songs, I'm always quick to suggest this one. The artist, Elliott Smith died of a suicide during the recording of the album this song came from. I hope someone can fell this as much as I do. Here's the lyrics too:

Someone has already mentioned this but the album "From A Basement On The Hill" by Elliott Smith is a beautiful masterpiece that serves as a portal into the mind of someone who is about to kill themselves. It was recorded directly before he stabbed himself twice in the chest. Elliott means so much to me. Rest in peace, you are in a better place now.
