I have recently found a source of sodium selenite. I am aware that SN is available, but I would prefer something irreversible. I'm just wondering if anyone has any info on this method beyond that of which has been mentioned in the PPH.

there are various studies on google scholar on selenium poisoning, but it didnt sound particularly easy way to go, at a glance. Maybe its quick in the right dose. Seems like lots of vomiting and spasms/seizures precede fatal heart problems.
