What is the lethal dosage someone needs for sodium nitrate?

If this is about the more common salt also known as table salt, I once found a really good article with deaths listed on it. A woman had drank one litre of soy sauce and was found dead the next day. If we assume one litre to contain about 170 grams, then that's enough for a Japanese woman.

I recall reading that the death cases had salt amounts of 80-250 grams. So you might go bye-bye from 80 grams but at max you need 250 grams (probably a lot lower because if everyone else in the study had dosed on below 200 grams and then someone comes and eats 250 grams it's excessive.)
