Sodium chloride and magnesium sulfate?

Wondering if I could ctb with magnesium sulfate and sodium chloride. It's in this product thats main ingredients are aloe Vera, magnesium sulphate and sodium chloride. Theres about 200ml/ 6.76 fl oz of it.

Sodium chloride = table salt and magnesium sulfate are not toxic. You would have to ingest a really large amount to harm your body but I doubt you could swallow a few hundred grams of salt.

MgSO4 is a strong laxative. It's good if you want guaranteed diarrhea. Dying from MgSO4 OD is not common. It's difficult to ingest large amounts of it, since it has a disgusting bitter taste.
