Help So you can't ask how to increase in intensity here?

Hey guys! Recently read the rules and appearently you can't ask tips about ending it? I thought that was what the forum was for, honestly. I was going to ask how to increase intensity from SH to suicide but alright.

If anyone could do a little clarification it'd be appreciated because the posts I see give me that idea. Have a good day!

You can discuss particular methods, their mechanics and possible pros and cons but cannot publicly exchange any sources of the materials used. That goes specifically against sharing information WHERE to get certain chemicals or drugs, mostly to protect these sources from anti-choice activists and their on-line harassment, often involving misguided law enforcement.

Also, most questions like "should i do it" will be met with "if you don't know it then most probably you are not ready. Others will not decide that for you."
