So tired

I'm so tired of feeling like this.
My depression is back, I feel like worse than ever.
Lost my appetite again.
If I feel hungry, I feel nauseous at the idea of eating.
This morning I had a panic attack, and I feel like I'm not completely recover now (where I live, now it's 10:45 pm).
Yesterday I bought something to help me with anxiety.

How can this be my life?

I really understand feeling so tired of suffering, I always feel so tired of it all, it's so cruel and dreadful to me how there's all this suffering in existing, I wish you the best.

I also feel tired everyday since I can remember, I'm tired of it all , I wish there was an easy way out from this pain , anyway I wish you peace
