no i havent i dont have enough dopamine in my head to be able to physically book an appointment and go to it

mm so you have schizophrenia.. im sorry ..... maybe some meds you can take or something

I also suffer from severe negative and cognitive symptoms. I could bear that by playing simple video games and junk food, but since last hospitalization I now have unbearable anxiety, which makes me suicidal. I don't want to traumatize my parents, but it feels inevitable.
