Had enough of everything lately, only had a knife one uses for eating food. Better than the plastic ones I've used before since I am still in a psych ward, only took in an hour compared to my regular 12. Wish I had a sharper one so the cut could be as narrow as possible and for it to only take a few seconds. I hate everything, I don't want to be alive, but I want to live. Was asking for urgent help all day but got told to wait until Wednesday, so at least the incompetent staff might get what they are due.
