I'm planning on buying sn soon from what I believe to be a reliable source, but I do have some questions.

Is there any otc medicine I could take to help with the side effects of sn? For the nausea and headaches.
Also, does your weight play apart in how much sn you need to take or is 25g actually enough for anyone to ctb with?

Any additional tips that could help would be appreciated too.

metoclopramide can help with vomiting, but i believe it needs a doctors prescription
I found this chart from one of the sn megathread bibles on this site.

Best of luck

You can get paracetamol OTC for headaches

Dramamine is an OTC alternative for meto. But it's better to get meto it's the recommended choice.

You can get it prescribed via tele doc or you can buy from an online site that ships to your country. As you want the things you drink to stay in the stomach.

A luxury med would be benzos to keep you calm.
