In the sn method, do you feel suffocated from lack of air or do you just pass out after a while? It's my first post, sorry if I configured something wrong

You shouldn't feel suffocated. The feeling of suffocation is due to the build up of CO2 in your bloodstream if you are unable to expell it.

SN merely deprives the blood of oxygen-carrying capability. This is asphyxiation Asphyxiation is quite distinct from suffocation and doesn't cause the feeling of "air hunger" (hybercapnic alarm response) that suffocation causes.

Edit. So you end up passing out after a while without feeling anything?

Sorry, I use the translator, I copied the wrong text

はい, 話します.

Well, there are side effects to SN: mainly nausea and vomiting. Headache is occasionally reported. Asphyxiation may give you a sensation of feeling faint and maybe feeling cold but you shouldn't feel like you're suffocating.
