Btw, in case you didnt already know. You should try to get the bartovation aquarium strips. They are capable of measuring the highest level of nitrite. Others will probably also do the job. But then you will be absolutely 100 % sure that it's pure enough. Good luck on your journey!:) Are you leaving a goodbye thread?
