Method SN without benzos

Just wondering, would I still have a decent chance of dying if I had no benzos and just had SN and meto? Or are benzos essential

Also are there any alternatives to benzos I could use? Would dipenhydramine work?

Benzos are not essential for the SN protocol, but benzos will make the whole process much more peaceful. With benzos you will not be so afraid and agitated, compared to without. I will include benzos for my exit. Since I'm a benzo-naive person I will take just 1mg of xanax to calm me down before I drink my SN.

Someone asked this last week. Diphenhydramine is a muscle relaxant. It will have an overall sleep-inducing effect. Not the same as benzos. But, a quick alternative if if you can only get that.
And yes, to confirm what the last response said, nothing except SN, meto and fasting is essential. All the other things only make the procedure calmer.

Before, so it has time to start working, but also to help you actually take the sn in the first place. Idk exactly how fast though.

when sn fails most people throw up... so essential in that sense.
