Method sn without benzos vs CO?

title. i'm having a hard time acquiring benzos because i'm kind of dumb when it comes to using DH and i don't have an irl connection. is CO an easier method or is sn with just meto better? i'm thinking about doing CO because fasting makes me lightheaded and tired. but i was wondering if sn is a more flexible method because i don't have a location to do CO besides in a park bathroom, since i don't have a car. sorry for the low effort post, i'm sleepy.

i believe that in this situation SN would be better and you can pretty much do it anywhere as long as there's no one nearby. you don't necessarily need to fast for too long, 8-6h is pretty good, as long as it's something light. i don't think benzos are that necessary for the protocol unless you REALLY want to doze off before experiencing any of the SN symptoms before losing consciousness. if you can handle 10-15min of nausea or perhaps vomiting, then I'd say it's worth it for not feeling anything anymore.

I think getting benzos would be hard. Here in the USA I'd have to get a prescription for it. I don't think my doctor would give me Xanax, Valium, or Ativan. I'd have to try therapy first and then something milder. Can you get benzos from this DH? What is DH? I've seen that acronym here a lot and I don't know what it is.

Thank you so much. You've solved a mystery for me. I have saved that off in a text file in my computer should I ever need it. Google tells me that it's a site on the Dark Web. I'd have to figure out how to access that. Presumably I'd have to pay in bitcoin - something else I'd have to figure out. Dumb question coming - do people have items shipped from that site to their house? I don't see any other way unless you rented a PO box.

I also didn't know what it stood for but if you have access to the search bar, it can help a lot with finding information!

thinking about biting the bullet tonight and buying sn. i'm measuring the convenience of buying the materials for CO at a store but not having a location i can reliably do it in, vs the time sn takes to arrive and the convenience of being able to do it wherever with no limitations beside it being somewhere secluded. i only have enough money for 50g of sn or the materials for CO. i'd like to hear more input from other people. CO is probably easier when you have a car, since there's where most people do it.

There are tons of legal websites that you can obtain Xanax from. You virtually meet with a nurse practitioner and they call in the prescription for you. That's what I'm doing. Costs a bit more but I don't care. I'm in the USA

CO is definitely easier when you have a car, tent or a small place to do it in. Personally I'd go with SN because it's faster and somewhat cheaper

CO sucks because of the heat? How can you put a bunch of lut coal in a small enclosed space that is sealed off and not expect to get really hot?
