SN without antiemetics/benzos

How much lower are my chances of successfully ctb without antiemetics/benzos? I know that many people died by just tasting sn, but I'm not sure if my chances are significantly lower or just "slightly".

I tried without anything to help ease the process. I woke up hours later with vomit everywhere. I must have gotten up because I drank it in bed but had vomit all over my bedroom and in the bathroom. But no recollection of leaving the comfort of my bed. Incidentally, no vomit on the bed. I got hospitalized a couple of days later for severe dehydration. I was so sick, I couldn't eat or drink without throwing up.

That sounds awful. It must've been absolutely traumatizing :(
I genuinely hope you're doing better.

I guess I'll try to get meto and benzos if possible to avoid going through anything like this. Thank you a lot for the info

Happy to help . Luckily I was able to tell everyone I had severe food poisoning and not a single person questioned it.
If I decide to give SN another chance, 10000% gonna use meto and benzos.

I doubt it went wrong just because you didn't take either meto or benzos. Vomiting is very subjective, and it can still happen even with meto. Benzos are mainly used to calm anxiety. It was probably other factors that compromised the process. I've known people who took only meto, only benzos, or neither, and still managed to CTB successfully.

Honestly, I just poured some in a water bottle then drank it. The dosage is unknown. I hadn't come across SS yet so I was a bit uneducated. I discovered SN through looking at different articles on how to end one's life. SN kept popping up so I gave it a try.
