I have about 20 vials of Morphine here (Morphium in german - 10mg in 1ml per vial).
Haven't used any so far (they're here to be administered, not to be taken by myself) - I plan to ctb with by taking SN.
I only have the SN and Meto, which should be enough, but most use a healthy dose of Benzos with it.

Could I self adminiser the Morphine, instead of the Benzos (which I don't have)?

Or might overdosing on Morphine alone actually be the preferable way to CTB outright?
If so, how would I do that?

No.

- If orally ingesting, opiates have a strong tendency to increase nausea and induce vomiting, which is the last thing you want after consuming SN.
- If injecting, doing it beforehand can impair your ability to consume SN and afterwards is unrealistic while you are under the effects of SN and potentially on the verge of vomiting.
- Opiates are incredibly unreliable on their own. There are many factors that can influence this from tolerance to genetics.

Thank you. Yeah I guess you're right. I would have done it immediately after drinking the SN (injecting the Morphine into the belly fat), just like others would do with drinking that Benzo-cocktail.

Another, probably silly, question that has come into my mind:
I have trouble eating. Eating normal food gets me to retch quite regularly, so I resort to these nutrient drinks (Fresubin) - that makes me think I have a much higher chance of puking the SN right back up. I will prepare 3 drinks, so if I puke it up I can just try downing the next one. But what if I puke the next 2 up immediately as well?
If I throw up, could I theoretically throw up into a cup and, in the worst case, drink that back down again? Disgusting, but as a fail-safe, maybe a possibility?

Personally, I find the idea of being able to down a second cup to be difficult.

If I've already vomited, I'm likely feeling awful at that point. Shoving another 100ml of salty water down my throat is probably just going to make me vomit again.

One of the few recommendations that don't make sense to me.

The only thing that can be done at this point is gelatin or enteric capsules, but there is limited data on both. Though, these take longer to work (in the case of enteric, hours), which may make injecting opiates plausible. Injecting opiates would not cause vomiting and would enable peace as the capsules work.

This is a risk however, and again as mentioned above is something with limited data. You'd need to research other's experiences on this.
