SN with hypothermia as a failsafe

Essentially the idea is for me to go somewhere remote with a nice view where people get lost all the time, plan the antiemetic regimine, swap into thin comfortable pajamas, drink SN, maybe if I have the room in the back pack bring a quilt so I can be comfortable as I go unconscious and if the dose of SN was insuffecient to kill me the extreme cold should be able to finish the job. It seems relatively peaceful and the only issue I can see is someone finding me before I pass while I'm unconscious, is there anything else I'm forgetting?
