Help SN with benzos - aspirating on vomit?

Hey everyone, I am wondering if aspirating on vomit is a possibility after passing out from benzos during an SN CTB. It seems like most vomiting occurs fairly soon after ingesting SN, so my reckoning is that there would only be a very narrow window between taking the SN and throwing up. And if it does happen, could it wake you from unconsciousness and be distressing?
