Due to methemoglobinemia physiologically what happens first of these two? I feel like heart stopping is more peaceful, quick and risk free. But if it's just a death of a brain due to same methaemoglobinaemia, the body and heart still can function and there's a risk of staying in vegetative or very bad state. Correct me if I'm wrong. Scientific links are highly appreciated. Basically we are looking for correct pathophysiology (and it's order) of SN effects to a body.
