I have couple of questions regarding SN method. I noticed on the post that collects statistics about successful cases of SN ctb that they mention '48 hours regimen meto'. What does that mean?
I ordered 100g of NaNO2 but its marked as food ingredient. Will that work?
I don't have classic antiemetics but I have olanzapine and paracetamol. Guy that ctbed 2-3 days ago used the same meds. How long should I fast, and when should I take all the meds?

There is an updated version, but I can´t find the download link.

The difference between food grade and lab grade is that food grade is suitable for human consumption. But for CTB it doesn´t matter as long as the purity is at least 95%.

In some countries, you can get Meto and Domperidone without a prescription. If not, Diphenhydramine(chlorid) is also recommended, which is sold OTC worldwide with different brand names.
