• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

(translator) Hi! I'm preparing a protocol for SN and want to make sure I don't make any mistakes. Is it okay to use the standard 48-hour protocol from Stan's Guide to SN?
Instead of metoclopramide, I'll be using Cerucal (active ingredient: metoclopramide). For pain relief, I have paracetamol. I don't have any antacids yet (but I might buy some). As for sedatives, I only have Teraligen (alimezine). I'm not sure if this medication is available in Europe, since I haven't found it for sale in any countries other than Russia, so let me explain: it's an anti-anxiety medication that helps me with my сenesthopathy . Should I take it? I'm a little worried that if I do, the medication might make me doubt myself and I won't be able to pull it off.

Please share your thoughts on the plan. Is everything okay?

Thanks for your time
