SN question: Should I use olanzapine as an antiemetic?

From reading various threads SN seems unreliable.

Almost everyone vomits regardless of antiemetics and there is no consensus whether to take a second glass or abort.

I am considering taking 10mg olanzapine 6 hours before SN.

Should I risk it?
