SN question, anti emetics

Hi all,
I have a question regarding SN.
I have received 100g of pure SN 99%. Problem is that I dont have anti emetics and it would be kind of difficult to get it in my country. Im depressed and dont want to go outside, I just want to go. Is it possible to take benzos instead of SN? Qhat are the risks if I take SN without anti emetics and only in combination with benzos?

Benzos are there to calm you down. Without AEs the risk of vomiting is higher. AEs don't prevent vomiting but they are much more important than Benzos. However, people have succeeded without anything.

Is the risk really higher? I've seen a lot of people that took AE vomit? It seems like if you ingest poison, no matter what you take, the body may try to expel it. I thought the reasoning for me to was for faster gastric emptying not vomiting.

Afaik, that's also a reason why AEs are important.

My understanding was to hopefully mitigate vomiting but everyone seems to vomit anyway but more importantly with keto to increase gastric emptying.
