SN Protocol Xanax Dose & Timing: Worried about blacking out mid-protocol

Curious how everyone else is handling the Xanax for the SN protocol. Are you taking it right after you drink the SN, or well in advance?

I'm planning to take 4-6mg, possibly more, an hour before the SN. I'm just worried about blacking out or forgetting to stick to my protocol mid-process.

I've developed a bit of a dependence on the Xanax during my recent testing phase. It makes me wish I had been legitimately prescribed them years ago they could've helped a ton. Oh well, too late now.
