SN protocol with digestive troubles

I am curious if having digestive issues would affect things like absorption rates as my body's mo seems to be eat and within 10 minuites either vomit or diarrhea to remove.
I don't think I get nutrition from food but would it be worth taking an imodium or 3 in the run up to the final day?

good question. last night i've had a severe diarrhea with huge stomach pain (problem I have 2-3 times a year) and then i thought about SN. i'll reconsider this method. don't want to die with such a pain. i don't like fasting and an empty stomach will increase unbearable stomach pain.
