Hi. This is my first post and would like a chemist or especially someone who has thoroughly researched or has had direct experience with SN to comment. I have read over the SN Bible here and Ppeh and forum. I am considering adding in ketamine (mentioned by @properoverdoser) and would like opinions.
I am 58 and have extreme cognitive impairment/dissociation so comprehending what I read is very difficult for me. And my SI is High despite my having almost zero functionality and zero quality of life. I've lived through 5 years of torture with a combined total of 10 hours of relief. I've tried Everything. Living in this continued state of insanity is unsustainable and I will not live out the rest of 'my existence' in an institution.
So far:
4 pm Fasting from food
Test my SN. (Don't want to open it until day of ingestion) It's 5 years old but been unopened bottle completely sealed, then in unopened plastic bag shrink wrapped.
7 pm: take 1 x 10 mg Metoclopramide
11pm: 3 x 10mg Metoclopramide
600mg Propranolo (maybe more as I'm already highly panicky); taking the propranolol early to make sure it kicks in to offset SN tachycardia.
I could take 1/2 dose 300mg of Propranolol at 11pm then at Midnight take another 300mg (In PPeh there is one note to take SN & Propranolol at the same time (in video) and another note says to take the Propranolol same time as Meto. ????
20ml (small amount) of liquid morphine (that's all I have)
11:30: 50 mg crushed Diazapam (Valium) tiny drink of water (Dr N from Ppeh doesn't recommend taking too many benzos in advance of SN)
? 11:45: 300-400 mg Ketamine ???
Midnight: 21mg SN drink (135 lb female) have an extra glass of same amount available. (I have the proper digital scale). To offset salty water swish a small chocolate around my mouth, then spit out..
12:04: 450 mg Diazapam (crushed) tiny drink
Lay back on right side. If I vomit, take 2nd glass.
If I cannot control vomiting and it is violent and profuse, consider calling emergency services.
Where in this process would I add the ketamine? And how much? I have oral lozenges.
(have plenty easily over 3,000 mg available but would not want to do too much...a 'normal oral dose' is about 230 mg). I like the ketamine idea it could help with any pain and possibly distance me from more unpleasant SN sensations. I also don't want to 'take too much' or too many things that might make vomiting happen or have unwanted/unexpected drug interactions.
