Help sn protocol advice

my ctb date is exactly two weeks from today. i just want to be sure my protocol is alright. any advice would be appreciated.

fast from at least 6pm the day before, stop drinking water 2 hours before starting protocol on the day of.
17:00 1000mg paracetamol
17:20 3x10mg meto
17:45 100mg propranolol (all i have sadly)
17:50 450mg xanax
18:00 25g sn (second and third cup prepared if needed)

i'm mostly concerned about the time at which to take the propranolol and xanax. i'm aware propranolol is considered a luxury and not required but i figured if i have it, i should use it.

i've tested my sn (dmc) via blood test and aquarium test and luckily it's still good to go even though i've had it almost a year. i would post the results but it keeps giving me an error when adding the picture :p

weird how last week i was still nervous about wanting to ctb but as the day draws nearer, i'm more open to death.

Jeez, 450mg Xanax? Isn't it normally prescribed in 0.25mg pills? Guess I don't know much

That 1000mg para isnt that much but mixed with the others it should work ig. Especially the amount auf Xanax should do it tho

No you're right that's an astounding dose of xanax. The dose of oxazepam in the ppeh is equivalent to just 20mg xanax. Even that seems super high to me, but I don't have much tolerance.

Okay gotcha. Yeah I've only got like 4mg on hand. Wondering if it'll be useful at all.

2mg is how much I plan on taking and in my experience it should be enough to get the job done for me. Do you have any benzo tolerance?
