SN plan?

Hi. Can you help me how it should be taken?

1 hour before drinking SN - 600 mg of Ibuprofen

45 minutes before drinking SN - 3 x 10 mg Domperidone ( or what dosage if it is not meto but domperidone?)

30 minutes before drinking SN - double dose of recommended antacid ( I know it is not necessary but I would try to get it)

SN drink - 25 mg in 50 ml water, it is necessary to make another one in case of vomit.

What about sedative and beta blocker? When to use it? I would like to make it all as much painless as I can.

Domperidone is comparable with Meto when it comes to mg/dose, so you should be fine with 3x10 mg.

When it comes to sedatives it depends which kind exactly you are planning to use.
1 mg of X is not comparable to 1 mg of Y or Z. They also have different speeds of onset effects.

Example:
1 mg Lorazepam works within 30-45 min.
15 mg Oxazepam works within 60-120 min.

If you would take 1 mg Oxazepam, you probably wouldn't feel much at all.
If you were to take 15 mg Lorazepam, you would likely fall asleep before you can drink the SN.

So, first you need to know which sedative (benzo) you have access to and then you add it to your plan at the best time with the best dose.

I'm going to follows Stan's guide and add the beta blockers as well. I did some research a while back and found that beta blockers have a half life of about 6 hours and they should be taken on an empty stomach. At 45 to 60 minutes they are at peak performance and your blood pressure will lower. I've also read that they work best after 1 to 2 weeks of taking them so I'm going to introduce them to my system 1 week leading up to sn day. 1 for the first 3 days, then 2 for the remainder of the week at 12 hours apart. On sn day I will take my last beta blocker 45 to 60 minutes before my salty drink.

IN my opinion a willingness to put up with pain as part of the process is they key to achieving peace for many people.

That's an antipsychotic, not a benzo. No idea what the potential sedative effect is. google / Wikipedia and check if it's mentioned in the PPeH as alternative.

In my experience it wasn't even pain that made me call 911 when I had a bad meto reaction during my regimen. It was panic. Looking back on it I could have soldiered through and taken the N regardless, but having an unexpected reaction during the prep was enough for me to call for help. Then the cops came like a week later and took my N from me. If I hadn't panicked I could very well have ctb and not had to suffer two more years wage slaving to support a life I'm not even interested in continuing.

(1) inability to sit still like I literally was unable to sit down for more than 2 seconds
(2) inability to control my face and I had an irresistible urge to stick my tongue out as far as possible
(3) an intense feeling of being hyper and a sense of dread (the dread might not of been from meto it might have just been me panicking in general I'm not sure)

I'm not telling anyone to stay away from meto. Some people take it and nothing bad happens. It wasn't painful really just very weird to lose control of your body like that.

Very interesting- this is why there is a black box warning about meto- these are symptoms of tardive dyskinesia- in many cases once these symptoms start they never stop. I have been back and forth on using meto due to this risk, but I think I will use over the counter Meclizine most likely, though I might consider 10mg of meto.

how long did the symptoms last after they appeared? did you take Benadryl or benzo to make symptoms go away? This is my fear with meto

Guys I ask you for help again. This is my plan BUT I NEED TO ADD SOME THINGS. I need an advice WHERE to put it into plan and WHAT DOSE should I take.

1. Beta blocker - Propranolol. How much of it?
2. Antacid - which is better? How much of it to take?
Famotidine , Omeprazole , Lansoprazole???

3. If you have a source of benzo please contact me.
