SN method is gonna cause minor pain. Its a salt and your stomach is gonna want to vomit it up, and also its gonna cause a headache as o2 begins to run out. Based on the evidence available its generally accepted as a low pain method. You do not need hardcore painkiller ibuprofen is recommended but some chose to use RX painkiller if they have access

Oh, your words calm me down. Atleast not a huge pain is alright. I can deal with minor pain because why not? Life's pain and so does death

I checked the available documents on this website, including the stan guides and I've been reading over 10 times. Yes, I know and also after researching here I also went to other website for confirmation about the SN methods. It just that everyone gives different words and also feeling about it. I guess I'll have to try myself to find out

On another thread you asked (just 54 minutes ago): "Hi, how do you manage to gulp down SN? Mixed with water and just drink it?". This, together with other evident uncertainties, makes me think that maybe you have to review your plan. Just this, I hope you'll find a peaceful solution to your problems, whatever you'll decide to do.

There's always a double confirmation and I don't think it's a wrong thing to do. Before you execute something. We checked, we asked. I don't think there's wrong asking people. Also, thanks for asking me to double check again, I appreciate that

No, absolutely, I totally agree with you. My suggestion is just to check, double-check and understand the method before attempting anything since your deadline seems so close.

All else except SN is just a luxury or means to make the process easy. So as long as u have SN and keep it down u r good. Also guess u need 2 table spoons of SN in 50 ml of water so as it will ensure u r above the 25g mark ... Also ensure u have a backup drink ready ..
