SN or Carbon Monoxide using charcoal, which is a more reliable method?

Which method do you think is more reliable between sn and carbon monoxide using charcoal? If the co method is done using a tent is it reliable enough? Many more people died from co from all around the world than from sn, either by suicide or by accident, that's proof co can work as a method. With sn if we don't know for sure exactly how pure it is then we don't know if it will really work, even if the sources we buy from say it's pure, the aquarium test and blood test aren't very reliable because they don't show the exact percentage of the purity

I think you answered everything yourself. They're both reliable if done correctly - adequate CO level or pure SN. All we can do is choose the best (for us) from a bunch of less than ideal methods, because that's what we're left with.
