Unfortunately no. You want the ITE, not the ATE. Guaranteed bad news, but you won't CTB.

You will see bunch of Sodium Nitrate that are 99% pure, but it is completely different than Sodium Nitrite which is what you really want. It's a very common confusion

The best way will be to buy it on the dark web, in my opinion though, sorry buddy. I doubt pure SN would be sold on Amazon anyways.
