sn well soluble in water? I looked and heard that yes...

but I need to be reassured but I practiced with baking soda and even by mixing 25 g (I weighed) in 50 ml of water the powder remained at the bottom... when on a mixture the sn it must be maybe almost transparent? because I don't want the sn to stay at the bottom. and then as I will prepare 3 glasses before drinking the first I will mix again thanks in advance

Different things have different solubilities. So even if you have exactly 25g of two different things, thing A might completely dissolve in 50g of while thing B might barely be able to fully dissolve in 50g of water. The test you did is not really a recreation of how SN would dissolve so dont let it not dissolving correctly worry you.
