Discussion SN: long or short antiemetic regime

Which antiemetic protocol would you choose for SN ctb?
The long one (2 days before) or just the stat dose (meto taken right before ctb)?

I prefer long one tbh, but it seems that i would try a shorter one like 24h or something, the reason is my mind is switching repeatedly, when i go to bed and wake the other day i find my feelings are overwhelming and the intensity of ctb reduced and this make me back out sometimes, anyway, I'll try to expose myself to SN and practice it so i can normalize it or something.
