SN: inside or outside?

If nothing goes wrong I'm meant to get my SN tomorrow. I'll have to wait to get the nausea pill til Wednesday but I guess it's just a couple of days. My concerns are firstly that it won't work. This will be my fifth time trying (not with SN) and now I know I want it to work. But also if I do throw up that's going to sound loud and draw attention. I was going to do it at home in my bed but I've already caused trouble here before. Do you reckon it's better to find somewhere quiet out in public?

It's possible that you have some pain after taking it and you should be alone.

yeah that's the thing though I have housemates and they will hear if I'm throwing up or having a seizure or whatever. I'm wondering if I should find a secluded spot
