SN in the UK

Sorry for bringing up a topic that's probably been asked several times.

Has anyone managed to acquire SN in the UK lately ?
I know it's near impossible to source internally but if anyone could point me in the right direction I would truly appreciate it.
I dont want to miss the window of not being able to get it at all.
