Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I received my SN in a plastic jar/bottle and it's not completely full with the SN (only about halfway) so it's not airtight and a lot of air is in there. and I heard that SN mixed with oxygen can turn into nitrate. Has the SN been ruined? Should I get another one?

I would be worried because you don't know how long it has been like that- it could be worth it to try another supplier if the cost is not too much.

Most suppliers I've seen in US. Reputable ones, ship it in a plastic jar and is fine
The one I know for certain also had the jar wrapped in a plastic bag too.
Most plastic jars are pretty good sealed (hold water)
And only the oxygen that was in it when closed could be what reacted with the nitrite if at all.
