Is it as restricted here as it is in the US and other places?
I've tried looking for some sources online and I've found a few israeli sites that sell it but im unsure if its that simple or if its the right product.

Not knowing anything about laws and regulations in this regards in your country. You can always contact sellers and ask. If there's nothing mentioned on the website about restrictions it's most likely available. You can read the product specifications if it's a legit and registered seller within your country they won't cheat they will sell their product and that's it.
