Hey, I've looked at tones of threads of Australians trying to get their hands on SN and I've found nothing on said threads. If anyone could PM if they knew where I can at least look for SN I'd appreciate it.
Hanging is my go to at the moment but I feel my weight will be my biggest issue and my anchor point. I've said in a previous post that I'd like to do it in a wooden beam in my room, but someone said it wouldn't a good idea- although I thought it would be sturdy enough. I'm gonna look in my shed at the poles on the roof to perhaps do hanging off the ground, that is if I lose enough weight. I currently way 102kg but I fluctuate between that and 99kg.
If anyone has any tips of tricks to lose weight a bit quicker that would be nice. Personally I'm going to be walking everyday for at least 1 hour, more if I can be fucked.
Anyways kind of got distracted- Aussies, please if you have any idea how to get your hands on SN I'd highly appreciate it. PM me
