Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Can't really speak for the other options (eg. online international pharmacies), but best bet is just booking a telehealth and trying to get antiemetics through there.
I think I've found a way to source my SN but i'm not sure if it's legit.
There is no guarantee that you will or will not. SN affects everyone differently, as do any drugs you take with it. There have been people who have vomited profusely and been in pain and there were people who peacefully went to sleep. Unfortunately, it is just part of the method.
Many people make two cups, however I do not know that there has been a case where someone drinks the second cup if they start vomiting.
